Contributors Guideline

Whether you are experienced or fresher, you don’t have to be well known to be a contributor, but you must know a lot about the subject you’re writing about. Write in simple, straightforward English. Short, pithy, fact-filled articles are much better than long, wordy pieces.

Use subheads frequently to break up text and use examples to enhance the text.

Provide at least one photo or screen shots where appropriate, also diagrams, charts, tables, and graphs in reports. Do not embed these in the text.

For Excellency Speech, leader's quote or govt announcements, do not use boldface or italics or capitalize database names, unless the authority does; use the authority’s exact wording.

We strive to publish content that aligns with our organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. That means we look for pieces that are representative of the diverse audiences we serve.
